Kristy's Place is contacted by brands
and public relations representatives that express a desire to have their
product or service featured in a product performance review and will
submit a press sample for that purpose, but does not constitute a
contract for a published review of the product or service in a favorable
light. Beginning May 30, 2011, any product review post that is
published after that date featuring a product that was received as a
press sample will be identified as such in accordance to the Federal
Trade Commission’s “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and
Testimonials in Advertising”.

Giveaways & Sweepstakes Official Rules
Giveaways are open to any living persons, in the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Winners will be selected in a random number generator or by Kristy herself when specified or the Sponsor of the Giveaway unless the Giveaway requires an individual critiqued selection by Kristy or the Sponsor of the Giveaway. Those decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to the Giveaway. Winners will be notified by email. If it is required and we are unable to contact a winner at their given email on the Giveaway’s end date, the Prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn from all remaining eligible entries. The Giveaway winner grants permission to have their name used by Kristy's Place Reviews and have all information provided sent to the Sponsors for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Multiple entries from the same name, IP address, home address, or email will disqualify the entrants from the Giveaway and could disqualify the entries from any further Giveaways. Kristy's Place reserves the right to cancel any Giveaway with out any notice or revoke the privilege for entrants to enter any Giveaway or further Giveaways.
Void where prohibited otherwise or restricted by law. By entering or accepting any Giveaway winner agrees to be bound by these Giveaway Rules and Regulations, and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Although some of the items reviewed on Kristy's Place Reviews are purchased by myself, I
do accept products for editorial consideration from brands and public
relations representatives. Receiving a product does not mean that it
will be reviewed. While Kristy's Place attempts to accept only
products of interest, the acceptance of a product does not guarantee a
favorable review. Reviews are done based on honest assessments of the products and content is not pre-approved by PR representatives or brands. Products that wish to impose such limitations will not be accepted for consideration.
Editorial timeline is currently 2-4 weeks from receipt of a product,
but may be considered earlier as time allows. Beginning in May 2011, all items received from brands and PR representatives are
disclosed as such.
